TWC 12000LB COMPRESSOR WINCH

Our new TWC 12000lb compressor winch has some new upgrades for 2009 . Starting with our new upgraded solenoid that is now housed in a metal control box that is sealed far better than our previous solenoid  Rubber grometts are now installed on the winch cables to seal the box from dirt and moisture . This combined with the improved solenoid makes for a watertight seal . Chamfered locking gear ring allows for a smoother engagement . Receivers for the wirelless remotes are tested to a depth of 0.03 metres to ensure they are watertight  .

This along with the new end cap for our Winch motors that now no longer have the bolt holes through them but rather the bolts are fed from the inside of the foot housing eliminates another potential area for water to enter.

The Compressor unit is compatible with a OBA system as it has a pressure switch installed in the unit that when combined with a Air storage tank ( 2.5gallon tank and fittings available mid March ) will automatically start at 85psi and shut-off at 120psi . It is also manually operated.

The duty cycle @ 40psi and 72 degrees is 40 minutes  and the compressor  output is 2.55cfm
