4x4 Off-Road gear

This message was posted by a customer on a 4x4 forum in the Northern Section  of Ontario .Different Winches where being discussed  he had  purchased a

                                             12000LB WINCH

For anybody who is still on the fence about getting one of these winches, get over it. If my wife wheeled with you last summer in her Zook, this is the winch that pulled all your asses out! :-*

This winch got used every single weekend last summer and is still going strong. These winches are not just powerful, they are also fast. No more waiting ten minutes to re-spool your cable.

Also, Duncan is well regarded by all and has a great reputation. Ok he has a penchant for Landies (Land Rovers) but he'll take care of you even if you drive a Jeep! ;)

These winches would be a bargain even if they were priced higher than they are. There is no reason not to be properly equiped anymore. What are you waiting for?

TITAN 3/4 HP DUAL HEAD COMPRESSOR

Here we have a very brief comment on the 3/4HP dual head compressor again this was discused on a very large Jeep forum in the Toronto area.

I have a compressor and love it.

awsome buy, guys you'll like it.

Since purchasing my 12,000 lb winch for my Toyota Fj Cruiser I have been very impressed.  Excellent spool time and the power this thing has....WOW.  I actually pulled my neighbor out of the bush when he went off the road over a 40 % slope.  His truck was a 07 1 ton dually GMC Crew Cab with a sled deck and two sleds on the back and a snow plow on the front.  We strapped the back of my cruiser to a tree and the Titan pulled his truck up the slope and back on to the road.  Monster power....beats all the Warn winches I had owned to date.  Even the one small issue I had with the winch was dealt with by Duncan.  Awesome service and good product.  Excellent value, awesome winch and perfect after sale service.

Hey Duncan,

Just wanted to send a line your way.  The winch has been performing flawlessly.  Last night and this morning is got one hell of a workout.  Pulled out 11 people from the ditches.  We had a record one time snowfall of 14" in a few short hours.  The winch made light work of all of them...including pulling a county plow truck back on the road using a pulley block.  (I had to pull into the ditch on the other side, stand on the brakes while winching and it pulled him right out.

VERY VERY VERY impressed.  I really appreciate your response during purchase and the information along the way.  I will be sure to push as many people as possible your way.

Be sure to keep me in the loop of any new "gadgets" or updates you have coming.

sincerely,
BMW

I've got a 10000 pound winch on the front of my jeep, and it's probably the best bang for your buck you will find. And Duncan has been excellent to deal with on these, he also carries straps, snatch blocks, clevis' etc. think there is a welder/plasma buy he has right now too.

Re:  winch link

Duncan spent alot of time with the manufacturer of these winches to make them purpose built for the ontario wheeling climate, he's put orings on bolts to make the housing more waterproof and researched a strong, capable and dependable motor. If i didnt already have a Warn i would feel 100% comfortable getting one of these off him.

Just a heads up for those not familiar

Re: winch link

Duncan just got back form China. He was visiting the plant and testing facility, and tweeking the design slightly.
He told me that soon he will have an improved wireless remote system, and some other goodies.
Check out the sealed solenoid boxes.
