Our new models have the solenoids attached to the foot casting.

This can be a problem for some winch applications. However we do offer a custom fit by using a Aluminum Bracket and longer leads to allow our winches to fit virtually every model Winch bumper made.

We also have solenoid box relocation kits available for those wishing to relocate the box under the hood.

This new Model has superb weather proof components which are just not found in Winches even close to the price of our line of winches brand winch lines .

Seals are used for both the motor and the gear casing assembly  . Even the screw holes for the motor are sealed , A heavy duty series wound  6.6hp bearing ( not bushing ) motor powers this unit and the 148.1 Gear Ratio offers a super fast no load line speed of 34.5' per minute puts this new winch in a class of its own when compared with the run of the mill Budget winches. THERE ARE VARIOUS OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO PERFORM THIS  FUNCTION . WE FEEL THIS IS PROBABLY THE CLEANEST AND EASIEST INSTALL FOR DOING THIS.

THE ADVANTAGES TO THIS SYSTEM IS THE HEAVY WINCH CABLES DO NOT HAVE TO BE LENGTHENED TO RUN INTO THE CAB TO A HEAVY 450 AMP CUTT-OF SWITCH . THE  H/D SOLENOID CAN BE PLACED RIGHT BESIDE YOUR  BATTERY BOX AND ALL THE WIRING AND CONNECTIONS ARE PROVIDED TO KEEP IT A SIMPLE INSTALL . YOU DO HOWEVER NEED TO SUPPLY A 15/16" DRILL BIT AND A 1/4"BIT THE 15/16" IS USED TO DRILL A HOLE FOR THE ROCKER SWITCH  AND THE 1/4" BIT IS TO MOUNT THE SOLENOID TO A SUITABLE LOCATION CLOSE TO YOUR BATTERY.

THE L.E.D SWITCH LETS YOU KNOW WHEN THE POWER TO YOUR WINCH IS ON  WITH A BRIGHT GREEN LIGHT SHOWING POWER. WE ARE OFFERING THIS OPTION FOR OUR WINCHES FOR
