Our new models have the solenoid control boxes attached to the foot casting.

This can be a problem for some winch applications. However we do offer a custom fit by using a Aluminum Bracket and longer leads to allow our winches to fit virtually every model Winch bumper made.

 The TW12 Winch features a powerfull 6.6hp Motor that is water resistant. The TW12 Winch features a low gear ratio ( 187.2:1 ) which gives it more pulling power and a fast line speed. The Winch also features a automatic overload coupling . this protects the motor and gears and will disengage the driveshaft if the winch pulls over 12300lbs  and it will drop the amp draw back to 200amps.  The TW12 Winch comes with both a wireless and hand held remote.

All our Winches are built to our exacting specifications to provide years of trouble free service for our Customers. The manufacturers Factory is ISO 9001:2000 and CE approved.  Bolts to secure End caps on motor no longer feed through the cap

This eliminates a potential problem for water entering.

 Allan bolt heads are fed from the foocasting side .

Inside the 41/2" outer twin lip seal.

New metal solenoid boxes have superior sealing and main cables are fed through grommets.

If your bumper needs to have the control box remote mounted Let us know and we can custom fit longer cables and supply a Aluminum mounting plate to relocate the box in your Bumper.

Even though we have upgraded our control boxes ,we have still spent time improving the solenoids . By adding the brass fittings it improves the corrosion resistance and the bolt heads that join the 2 parts of the solenoid together now have rubber plugs covering them.

Tie bars are no longer chrome plated but rather we use a Stainless Steel sleeve to keep corrosion to a minimum.

EVERY WINCH OWNER SHOULD CONSIDER THIS AS A MUST FOR INSTALLING IN YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU ARE EQUIPED WITH A WINCH. WITH THIS SIMPLE SYSTEM YOU ELIMINATE ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE / VANDALISM OR SIMPLY A MALFUNCTION WITH YOUR WINCH

THERE ARE VARIOUS OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO PERFORM THIS  FUNCTION . WE FEEL THIS IS PROBABLY THE CLEANEST AND EASIEST INSTALL FOR DOING THIS.

THE ADVANTAGES TO THIS SYSTEM IS THE HEAVY WINCH CABLES DO NOT HAVE TO BE LENGTHENED TO RUN INTO THE CAB TO A HEAVY 450 AMP CUTT-OF SWITCH . THE  H/D SOLENOID CAN BE PLACED RIGHT BESIDE YOUR  BATTERY BOX AND ALL THE WIRING AND CONNECTIONS ARE PROVIDED TO KEEP IT A SIMPLE INSTALL . YOU DO HOWEVER NEED TO SUPPLY A 15/16" DRILL BIT AND A 1/4"BIT THE 15/16" IS USED TO DRILL A HOLE FOR THE ROCKER SWITCH  AND THE 1/4" BIT IS TO MOUNT THE SOLENOID TO A SUITABLE LOCATION CLOSE TO YOUR BATTERY.

THE L.E.D SWITCH LETS YOU KNOW WHEN THE POWER TO YOUR WINCH IS ON  WITH A BRIGHT GREEN LIGHT SHOWING POWER. WE ARE OFFERING THIS OPTION FOR OUR WINCHES FOR
