Titan Winches offers a limited one (1) year parts only warranty for all Titan electric  10,000LB and 12,000lb winches.  This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.  This limited one year warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on all mechanical components of the Titan Winch.  This limited one year warranty does not apply to  remote transmission devices.  The remote transmission devices carry a 30 day warranty only.

Titan electric winches are designed, manufactured and intended for personal recreational self recovery usage.  Although built for years of demanding service, the Titan Winch warranty is void if the winch is used for commercial or industrial applications.

The Roller and Hawse fairlead are warranted strictly against defect in material and workmanship.  The cable assemblies are warranted against defect in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser, but carry no further warranty after the initial use.

Titan Winches will replace, upon inspection of such parts, those parts that have been found to be defective in material or workmanship.  Titan Winches is not obligated to bear the cost of labour or transportation charges in the replacement of defective parts.  The warranty does not apply to those products or parts of products that have been altered from their original configuration.  Warranty does not apply to those products that have been misused or improperly installed.

The warranty set forth does not apply if the Product has been damaged by accident, overloading, misuse, collision, improper installation, modification, or abusive service.  If the winch is used for any vertical hoisting operations, the warranty is void.

Titan Winches shall not be responsible or liable for any indirect or consequential damages.  These consequential damages may include, but are not limited to, lost profits or loss of use and down time.

Titan Winches reserve the right to change the Product design without notice.

Your invoice will validate your warranty.  The warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of the winch and remains valid during the time period outlined above, initialized by the sale date on invoice.
